Adidas Online Terrible Delivery Service

Terrible Service from Adidas. My order was never delivered nor was there any attempt or evidence to try and contact me. In following up: 1. The helpline has no idea which shop it was dropped 2. Its finger pointing games at the courier and I am still clueless because I can not even track it at this point 3. Over the last couple of days, every call I make to the helpine is fruitless, they do not know where it is or when it will be "not delivered" but set out for shipping AGAIN!? 4. How then do I follow up if I can not track and have to spend 20 mins on the phone to be told the same story everytime I want to follow up on my order?
