Adidas online team you are no different from ****mers. you all useless

ORDER NUMBER: AZA***7 i am so ****ed, if there was a place to lodge complaints against adidas online team i would have done that. You are no different from ****mers i hate you all. I would be stupid if i buy again from you or recommend other people to buy online from you. i purchased my order on the 14th of March and today is 02 May 2025 i haven't received my order you don't even want to refund me my money. why are you doing this to customers, it takes you more than a month to deliver someone's order? i'm ****ed off, such a big company ruining its reputation you are such terrible. A month has passed now we going for 2 months still i haven't received my order. can i have my money back plizzzzzzz Nxa. Guys it's simple. it cant take more than 1 month to deliver to a customer. i need my refund simple i will buy somewhere else not from adidas never again. such a terrible service. Each and every time i call you tell me the issue has been marked as high priority and has been sent to the relevant team you still waiting for feedback, What is the relevant team doing??????? what is their job if they cant solve this small issue of 1 pair of shoes.
