Adidas online sucks!

I always buy online and delivery is so quick, within 3 days you will receive your order, however I have logged a return and after 20 days there’s no communication. My place now its full of boxes which I do not know when they will be fetched. This sucks, on top of that I want my money as it’s December and I need the funds for other things
