Adidas online store - order cancellation

I recently made a purchase on the Adidas online store. I received an initial email confirmation of my order, I then received an email notifying me that the order had been cancelled without explanation. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact Adidas customer service for clarification on the cancellation and to inquire about the status of my refund has been unsuccessful.
