Adidas online store

The adidas online store is extremely disappointing. On 3 different occasions, my order has either been cancelled, without notifying me or when my order is delivered, an item is missing. I’ve sent countless emails to the email address provided to me from employees in the V&A Waterfront store, I’ve tried calling the number on the app, but to no avail. Coming from an huge adidas fan, this is extremely extremely disappointing.
