Adidas - Online South Africa Shocking Customer Experience

Purchased two pairs of tennis shoes online 4 weeks ago. Not only were the shoes never dispatched until we followed up after 7 days. They eventually delivered 1 pair and confirmed a credit note would be passed for the 2nd pair.

We decided to have the 1 pair delivered returned as we needed 2 pairs and this required speaking to a call centre somewhere in the world where english is clearly not their first language.

Safe to say its been another 7 days and no orininal credit note nor pick up of the delivered pair of shoes.

How can a global brand like Adidas accepts such poor service standards??
