I have returned damaged shoes by 27 June 2023 and was told that I will be refunded between 5 to 7 working days , until now nothing was refunded , every time I phoned or mailed Adidas online South Africa promises was made which they never stick to , hardless to say up until today 9 Aug 2023 no refund was still made
