Adidas online shopping

I am soo dissatisfied and utterly disappointed with the service adidas online has to offer clients

Orders being delayed then cancelled and now u have to constantly call for refund, no communication what so ever, like I understand about the refunds policy but mine is over that 14 days and still waiting for Jesus to come then maybe my money will be credited, they don’t deserve the one star I scored

My refund was logged since 27 dec 2024 for and an order I only knew after two weeks I ain’t gonna get
