Adidas Online Shop suboptimal

Adidas Online Store - firstly a voucher issued for use in February didn't work when I tried to use in February. I did get a new voucher after a 2-week wait after raising the issue, so at least some effort went in there. On ordering the goods online, the tracking system in the emails and on line doesn't work - there is no courier waybill code or even courier name given to trace the delivery. Only when the courier (Dawn Wing) sent a message that they couldn't find the address and couldn't deliver did I have traceability information. The Dawn Wing performance is a whole separate debacle... In this day and age of e-commerce, Adidas could do a whole lot better than the current website and service.
