ADIDAS ONLINE SHOP IS A **** AND *****STER *****ING PEOPLE'S MONEY!

Adidas online has taken R4200 from my account for clothes purchased on 23 November 2023. The funds cleared on 1 December 2023 to them. The system still cant see my order number or payment. I keep calling their number and its international so the agents are poor english speaking and service worse. They are rude and refuse to let you speak to the Manager. Adidas online is a *****ster and I will rather support local business as they atleast have call centres in SA employing Africans who really in SA call centers managers and teamleaders are always available. I WANT MY MONEY ADIDAS OR I AM TAKING YOU TO THE POLICE FOR THEFT AND *****!
