Adidas online service

Adidas online vouchers I have a problem with Adidas online team. I have a voucher which I want to use online. The vouchers does not work on the full price item. This product is exclusive product and that's why the voucher is not working. But nowhere I can found the product list. Customer keep on referring to exclusive online product but can not send me a screenshot of the list?
