Adidas online service

What a horrible service. I had a voucher, used the voucher online and had to return one item because the size was smaller. I don't have an option to request a bigger size but only to return and re order the same item with correct size. When I was refunded I got the voucher way less than what the value of the item was. I called in and was told I can't get the value of the items voucher and cannot request to replace the item with bigger size. I shop online and cannot fit items before purchase. This is a total ******* as I have to add more money to get the same exact item. Shopping with you has been a nightmare..
