Adidas online se****!!!!

I placed an online order on the 24th of November 2023.i orders 4 items worth R3700. To this day I still haven't received my order, mind you the present day is the 9th of December 2023. I made two enquiries telephonically and to my surprise the call center that handles all customer related questions is in India.the gentleman that answerd the phone told me I would receive my order in 2 to 3 working days and still I haven't received my order.I asked the guy that helped where my items would be shipped from and he said South Africa, so what I find very hard to understand is why is it taking so long as though it is being shipped from overseas.. When I asked if I could cancel the order they said I could not! This is very disturbing because it has been more than 14 days.
