Adidas online return and have not received money refund 2 months later!

Adidas online shop has the worst service ever! Iv return items beginning of December and 2 months later have not received my refund. So I'm stuck without both the items and the money! I've tried calling and email, but i keep getting the same response that they are investigating. What are you investigating, how long will it take, what is wrong because this is a simple return and refund!!! I'm so annoyed because it's not like they will give me money back with interest! Please anyone who knows another channel or way help because i need that money back!!!
