ADIDAS ONLINE REFUNF FAILURE

NEVER PURCHASE FROM ADIDAS ONLINE, THE WORST. Two of my order has been cancelled. Was informed that refund will take 3-14 business days to reflect on account, yet an entire month later and I'm still awaiting refund. Upon querying this and requesting proof of payment, I was provided with a credit note only. - As if a credit note shows payment were processed.
