Adidas online purchase nightmare

I did an online purchase through the Adidas store. And 2 very issues happened because of this purchase.

1. My bank account was hacked while doing an instant eft on their site 2. I then canceled this payment method and confirmed the order as a normal eft and transferred the funds from my daughter account and sent them proof of payment.

They have since canceled my order, stating that my bank did not clear this funds, I have on numerous occasions called and explained that the funds were transferred and sent proof of payment. To no success, the number listed on their website rerouted to call centre India where they have no understanding of our banking processes or a willingness to help. It appears that my money has been ****** from Adidas as well as my account being hacked.

I will never support this brand again.
