Adidas online purchase

I bought sneakers on the 26th September 2024 from adidas app, got the goods perfectly however it didnt fit so i returned it. courier picked up my return as per normal but never received any feedback for my refund. i have been going back and forth with emails and chats on the app and they are not responsive. til today the 4th December 2024 i have not recived my refund and i am beyond livid at this point with their disgusting amd unprofessional service.
