Adidas Online - Poor Service

I ordered Adidas x Farm Rio Track top online early July. Upon arrival the item was big and did a return of merchandise online. Then they advised that a courier will come and collect, the courier came and I was not at home. After numerous emails I took the item to Adidas Sandton in August with the RMA *** and they said they will return it on my behalf. When I enquired online in September, they said they will send a courier to fetch it and I told them that the item has already been returned by Sandton store and they never responded. Up until today I have not been refunded and the item was returned in August. My order number was AZA***1
