Adidas online ****ming people's money 😠

I used to buy items online I even save their Citi Bank account, til 31 August 2023 I mistakenly sent R5000 into their account when I ask for reversal they told me about investigation that took ages until I contacted them again and I was told that I didn't send money into their account only because I used the different references now they claim that I sent money into that person. I still have statements n FNB see that I sent into Adidas account and I fill the form for reversal Still they refused to do it their accounts not allowing bank to reverse the money.
