Adidas online is the worst!!!

I ordered a soccer jersey and a soccer ball for my son on the 14th of April 2025,these two items were gonna be his birthday present for his 7th birthday on the 20th of the same month. Lol I'm still waiting for my parcel till date. I postponed our mini birthday celebration for Saturday 26th of April but I doubt I'll get it before then😢. This is the worst experience I've ever had with online shopping🚮. I don't think I'll ever buy anything online again, imagine waiting 2 weeks for something that was supposed to take 3-5 days. I only received a tracking number yesterday
