Adidas Online is the worst

This is the worst online service ever, they first messed up my order with delivering the incorrect parcel to me and then they don't want to refund me, and then they have a bunch non capable call centre agents in India I wouldnt recommend any1 to use there online services its pathetic . And still no refund
