Adidas online is a ****. I return an item on the 3rd of November 2022 for a refund until today I haven't received my money. Every day when I call them they tell me a new story. They even requested me to send them a bank statement which I did. Still I am struggling to get my refund. I spent more than R200 calling them and my money is with them and is not accumulating any interest.
