Adidas online is a ****!

I bought 2 Orlando Pirates Jerseys on the 17th of June 2024. I then app**** for a refund since we can't return and exchange online on the 28th of June 2024. I spoke to their agents online and have been told to wait. I then bought another one on the 27th of June 2024 and it was delivered. On the day I asked the driver if he's not supposed to take back the one I wanted to send back with and he said no it's not on his system yet. I then went on to their app and have spoken to multiple agents who have been telling me to wait for 2-3 working days and it's been 2 month. On the 10th of August I called them and spoke to a guy named Ronit who PROMISED to sort it out and even give me a gift for what I've been put through by them and it's the 21st of August 2024 and I still have 2 jerseys that are the same. I've never been so disgusted by an online store that does not respect it's customers and continues to make me a fool while I still want my full refund.

I wouldn't recommend people to shop online on Adidas because should your items not fit then you'll lose your money and be forced to keep unwanted items in your house for over 2 months while told to “PATIENTLY WAIT". If I could, I'd attach screenshots.
