Adidas Online is a ****!!!

The worst service ever! I ordered shoes (end of March), they arrived a month later (end of April) after a back and forth with Adidas and their courier company. Adidas literally helped me with nothing , I had to handle the matter by myself. The shoes were a small size and I contacted them for an exchange, this was early May, till this day I haven't heard from them. They promised to have their courier company collect the shoes but nothing. This is a ****!
