Adidas online is *****!!!!!!!

What ever you do please do not Buy on the website!!!! Its *****!!!! Did a purchase online on the 5 November and it’s the 14th December and I still have not received my order!!! I’ve called the customer care service number but no answer!!! I was on hold for 20 minutes, I send multiple emails asking where’s my order that I purchased online no response! The money was deducted from my bank account and they’ve got my money and I haven’t received any goods!!! do not buy on the website it’s *****!!!! Do not experience what I am experiencing because they have my money!!!they refuse to refund me!!! R15000 later still waiting!!!! This is insane!!!!
