Adidas online has the worst return policy Beware!!!

Adidas online has the worst return policy please beware when purchasing!!! On the 23rd of May2024 I purchased the samba sneakers online using the Adidas app, sneakers were delivered on the 27th of May 2024. Sadly the size was bigger. Decided to return the sneakers at adidas store hoping I’ll exchange or get a refund but they didn’t have the sneaker. And I was told since I bought it online I can only return via the app they will collect it and refund me after a couple of days. I followed the steps of returning on the app got a email response on the 10 of June that they will send a courier to come collect. Till Today I’m still waiting, today is the 22nd of June I’m still waiting. I sent them emails requesting feedback they just reply with an apology email but no action of collecting the sneaker. Hello Peter Please assist.
