To Whom It May Concern

I would like to lodge a complaint about Adidas Online’s service.

Firstly, there is no option to do an exchange, which is absolutely ridiculous because every other online site I have shopped at has offered exchanges.

I made my first purchase on 27 Jan 2023, and as soon as my package was delivered I tried the items on. One item was way too big, so I required a size down. I immediately ordered a size down, but you had changed your price in the meantime - the item was still discounted but the price was increased. I am very upset now because I cannot do an exchange. I will never again purchase from Adidas!

Secondly, your return service is absolutely atrocious. I called your online shop customer service to log a return and was told that a courier was going to come and collect it whenever he/she could. I asked for a date and time but was told that the courier could come at any time. Now I cannot sit at home and randomly wait for an Adidas courier to pop by.

I tried to return my online purchases in store but none of them are willing to do a return because the purchase price is discounted more than 50%.

Please advise.
