Adidas online con artists

Adidas Online is the worst. They seemingly do not pay refunds. It's been more than a month and no refund. No explanation either. They only offer generic responses like "sorry for the inconvenience, it has been escalated to the relevant team."

They literally won't tell you WHY. They do not have a turn around period for the query. Everything is open ended and indefinite. So you can wait for years, while they tell you sorry, it has been escalated (to seemingly ghost employees).

Adidas online will take your money and they don't return it. THEY DO NOT REFUND YOU. Stay away.
