Adidas online

I bought a short on the 25/04/25 and it was delivered on the 03/05/25 and I logged a return on the same day got the reference….but adidas have been ignoring me when I sent them email requesting an uplift tor to come and collect their short, till date adidas is not doing anything…the customer care is just in competent and I regret buying at adidas.
