Adidas online beware they will not refund you .

I placed an order with Adidas online and the goods were not suitable . Order AZA***7 The goods were collected by their courier ( Courier guy ) on 10 January 2025 and I was promised that I would be refunded by 28 January at the latest. I have repeatedly called *** to enquire about my refund on thee following dates 25/2 , 5/3, 12/3, 24/3 only to be put through to an offs**** help centre that can only send an email to request escalation of the matter . How long should one wait for a refund? I cannot speak to anyone other than the consultant and they have little of no idea of why the refund hasn’t been processed. Why would Adidas use an offs**** company to deal with minor issues like exchanges? Unacceptable for an international company.
