Adidas not delivering complete items and refusing to refund

I placed an online order on the 12th of December, and they took their time to deliver after I followed up 2 times about why I wasn't getting my order. When the delivery came, there were missing items in my order, till today after following up more than 10 times I have not received my missing item or my refund. They don't seem to think this is important.
