ADIDAS NOT ADHERING TO 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

Disgusted at the after sale service of this outlet. Purchased a takkie on the 12th July 2024, called on the 23 July 2024 requesting a refund as the takkie is not comfortable. An employee, Paul advised that it is within the 30 day warranty period and that it can be returned, however after returning it, they refused to do the refund.
