Adidas Neo quality- lack off

I purchased an Adidas Neo shoe from Edgars in August. It has not been 6 months yet and the shoe has opened in not 1, but 2 places! Adidas is such a fantastic brand , who prides themselves on quality, and that is why this is such an utter disappointment! I would appreciate it if someone would contact me, as we pay for quality when purchasing their products, and quality is not what we received.
