Adidas name Change to USELESS LTD

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Adidas just being adidas again..... USELESS. Placed my order last week and was suppose to deliver today and NOTHING. Not the first time either. Checking on the app, my items gave not even been packed yet. And when I try to phone the line just goes dead. Email and I get an automated response. Try to use the customer chat on the app and everybody is busy, please check back later. UUUHHHGGGG USELESS!!!! Apparently you have forgotten about the consumer act Maybe you will learn to respond...
