Adidas ****mers and their couries

I bought Samba OG snake print shoes size 5 in 24/04/2026 and were deliverd on the 28/04/2026 without prior comunication as I was not even home, they left my shoes with someone else. I tried them on and discovered they didn't fit, I logged a return on the same day and the next day I made an enquiry on the Adidas app chat if I can go to the phisical store and exchange the size, they said no I can't. The Item was collected on the 30/04/2026 till today I still have not been refunded and no communication from them. I contacted them wanting an update on my refund so that I can order for different size, but they said that it was never collected and they cant trace it, they are are checking. It's been a horrendus experience. It's the last time I'm buying online. all online stores must be closed because they cant be trusted with our hard earned cash
