Adidas Menlyn @ Wilson

I’ve had a bad shoppping experience at Adidas at Menlyn mall. On Friday the 07 of January 2021 I purchased a matching fit where there was only one size left at the adidas in mall of Africa (MOA). When I got home I realised the stitching was coming off as I had planned to wear it on that Saturday, 8th of Jan. I then decided to return it to the Menlyn adidas branch, I was assisted by a guy named Wilson. He told me “it’s MOA’s damage not ours” so that was him telling me he can’t assist me, I then went to the store manager to express the rudeness I experienced, I found the store manager playing soccer with Wilson and others and no attention was given to me. Today it’s the 9th of Jan, I went back to Mall of Africa since it’s their “damage” and I got all the assistance I needed. They then read me their policy which stated “I can return any adidas goods to any adidas branch”. Had things been handled better, I wouldn’t have lost so much money. Therefore please assist me in getting reimbursed for my fuel and time and an apology.
