Adidas ****med me my money

I have placed an order on the 15th of June, a week later Adidas sent me an email notifying me that my order has been dispatched. Till date I still haven’t received my order. The courier company they are using (CourierIt) they are refusing to deliver my package. They have been sending me the same WhatsApp message that Tshepo is on route with my parcel for four days now, then they decided to close my account and sent me a text message that “parcel can’t be delivered” they don’t answer their phone nor respond to my emails. Adidas is not helping, they are also refusing to refund me citing that my parcel has left their warehouse it’s now in the hands of courier company. I’m beyond frustrated and at this point, I want my money back. This has been a terrible experience
