Adidas lies

Ordered two pair of shoes, both size 8. However one pair appears to have a different cut(the other pair fits perfectly)and was too small,by half a size. The same day I received the items I informed the entity, via the stipulated channels, prescribed by Adidas, of this and requested that the item be collected and if possible replaced with the right size. It then took nearly a week for a response and only once I followed up, was told the item, which was compliant with the return policy was now being rejected and needed to be checked at the warehouse. Upon following up, I was told that I'd be receiving a full refund to the account used to purchase the items. Again, upon ME having to follow up, I received an email from your entity stating that I will get a voucher for the item returned. This was never communicated and in layman terms is deceptive. This in itself is a problem and because the turn around time set by Adidas ensures that you cannot make the set time frame for returning an item, it appears deceptive and in bad faith. I am now awaiting a response again from Adidas. The service is appalling, the responses deceptive and the communication putrid. I will not do business with ADIDAS again any time soon and I will inform as many of the customers that I know to steer clear from your online store
