Adidas is terrible

Bought shoes from them online and they never arrived. They swear it was delivered but I live in a building with cameras and all deliveries must be brought into the mail room (all other drivers do it just fine, but not FEDEX I guess) so it wasn't delivered. I call Adidas, they tell me to call FEDEX, I call FEDEX and they tell me to call Adidas. Long story short I find out FEDEX actually responded to my claim and reached out to Adidas but they never rep**** with the information FEDEX needed. They really don't want to give me my money back and their customer service is awful.
