Adidas is telling me 2 of my items are out of stock after 14 days.

Please assist me I have huge problems with Adidas as in: 1. I placed an order on the 25.11.2024 for 4 items. 2. After 14 days they send me an email saying [2] of my items are out of stock they will only send the other 2 items. 3. What I don't understand is when I placed my order their system accepted it and I payed. 4. I'm trying tirelessly for them to replace my items with something different but the same. 5. They said they refunded me, but I don't know who gave them the permission to make the refund and who approve it. They say the refund is in process. 6. I'm so frustrated with the bad service of Adidas. 7. Their call agent just said she can't help me to do the replacement. 8. All I want is that Adidas must send me my replacement items because it's their fault. 9. I told them I will spread this poor service far and wide.
