Adidas is PATHETIC

I have had the absolute Worst experience with these idiots! From their systems, their processes and customer support! Disgusting! I placed an order AZA***3 over a week ago, on the very same day I realized that my phone had autopopulated the province to Western Cape. I immediately tried to update the address, but their useless system doesn't allow for this. I tried calling and was informed that they cannot update an address until the status moves to shipped, the next day it moved to a shipped status, I called the tracking company DPD laser... just as useless and they could not pick up their own tracking number! I called Adidas, they assured me that they would have the address updated and that they would ensure that the order is shipped to the correct address. I have sent emails to both companies twice with the correct address but when checking today the order is in Cape Town... what the ****?! I called Adidas Again spoke to consultant no. 10... who was barely awake and incapable of comprehending what the issue was, since there was also screaming and high noise levels in the background. I eventually asked for a manager and was sltold she was not available. I asked for her to call me back and was told they cannot make outgoing calls. Are you serious? A Global company that is this pathetic and useless
