Adidas is a no go

I will not suggest anybody order online from Adidas. there after sales service is pathetic beyond explanation. We bought a pair of shoes on the 22nd of July 2023. The shoes didn't last 3 months. We returned the shoes on the 16th of August when it was collected by the. We were told that ones they received the returned parcel we will be refunded withing 72 hours. After about 6 escalations still hasn't received our refund. When you buy other brand like Nike we don't have this issue. Adidas does not care at all. I was told that they are a big company and i need to be patient and the money will reflect eventually. This is totally unacceptable especially for a company like Adidas.
