I ordered shoes from Adidas on July 24 and they never arrived cause there was an issue with my delivery address and so they returned them back to the warehouse. I then issued a refund for my shoes and I’ve been wait the past two months for this refund, they keep saying that it has been sent to the relevant department but it seems like nothing is happening.
