Adidas is a disappointment when it comes to online shopping

So I get an sms saying my order will be delivered today. I was supposed to leave work at 15:30 but couldn't leave because I was waiting for delivery.Sadly come 5pm the parcel is still not delivered. The decency nje to send an sms to say my parcel will not be delivered today for whatever reason. This is the 2nd time I've bought online from you guys and I must say both times were a nightmare. The 1st time I was made to send POP a hundred even though Im using the same bank as them.Im pretty sure the driver knew by 3pm that he wont make it to Melrose by 5pm. I called your customer support line more than 3 times and I was put on hold until I gave up. A simple sms with an apology saying my parcel wont be delivered today would have been really nice. Is it too much to ask?
