Adidas is a ****

I have ordered Twice with Adidas and on both occasions i have never received my orders, first ill get an sms in the morning with a waybill number next thing I know in the afternoon i get an sms that i couldnt be reached my order has been handed over to the warehouse...i havnt even received my first refund please assist.
