Adidas is a **** 📣

I ordered a backpack over a month a ago which was on sale, few days later they canceled the order saying the product was out of stock and when I called for enquiries they said they will refund me within 14 business days, after more than 14 days with no refund I wrote them an email which they rep**** that I should send them my bank statement, I did with proof of payment attached.... They rep**** and said the case was referred to the specialized team..... To date I'm still waiting!
