Adidas in South Africa does not refund you if they don't have stock to fulfill your order. Avoid at all costs. It's a ****.

Thought I'd support Adidas this last black Friday and placed an order (AZA***8) on 25/11/2024. On 15/12/2024 I received an email saying "Many thanks for your recent order. Unfortunately, some of the following item/s are out of stock. We have issued a refund for the out of stock item/s. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to be credited back to your payment method". The total I am due to be refunded is R1496.00. It been 17 working days since the 15th of December 2024 and I haven't received my refund. I have spoken to 3 other friends who ordered from Adidas during black Friday 2024 and they also haven't received refunds. I wouldn't even advise my worst enemy to buy from Adidas online in South Africa.

Don't be like me. Just do the right thing and order from Nike. Yes the R250 shipping is annoying but hey atleast you get your products and refunds.
