Adidas Ignoring My Order for Weeks – Still No Delivery!

I placed an order with Adidas South Africa on 4 June 2025, and to this day I have not received my order or any meaningful delivery update. I have contacted them several times, and still no one has given me a proper response or tracking information. I’ve now even had to change my delivery address because I’m no longer staying where the order was meant to go.

This delay is completely unacceptable, and I feel ignored. Adidas needs to either deliver the item immediately to my new address or issue a full refund.

I hope someone will take this seriously and resolve it urgently.
