Adidas has the worst service.

I made an order on the 27th of November, 16 days later, i haven't received my order. I have been calling, they don't pick up on calls, they don't respond to emails. They just don't care. Please if you can't fulfill my order, refund me back my 4k. It's almost Christmas and we want to travel. Nxi. It's unbelievable!
