Adidas gateway reps lying to customers mxm

I had a very horrible experience with Adidas Gateway a guy named Troy in store decided to lie to me that we can use pay just now on online purchases just to increase his sales, asked me to scan his barcode and guided me throughout the whole process until the full amount (not the pay just now amount) was debited on my bank account now I have R0.00 in my bank account and now I’m struggling to contact the client services team to request for the refund, their number doesn’t go through and their chat service agents are always busy. Pathetic customer service in all ends
